Work Concept :
Human beings are spiritual beings with humane virtues and characteristics. For this reason, man keeps reminding himself of the greater spirit even while he is busy with his worldly living. This calling from the greater spirit, the eternal world is what makes the mortal man leave his worldly satisfaction and look for something deeper.
But the worldly desires keep pressing down on the mundane man of the earth, increasing every now and then, knowingly or unknowingly. Increasing on him the weight of the world, these desires slowly take him away from the path of the greater spirit, making the mortal man’s life meaningless. My work regards this struggle between the mortal and the immortal spirit which I examine with my audience in the public space through my performance.
