Rahul Jain || India

Rahul was born in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh in 1983 and is an alumnus of Gwalior Fine Arts college. Besides installations and performances, he creates abstract art and experiments extensively with various mediums. To him, the artwork is a frame of a world of experiences and cognition. The essence of his art practice is the pursuit of ‘newness’. He believes newness fuels an artist with a certain positive energy that manifests as art that has the power to redefine paradigms.

Rahul Jain In 2020, Coronavirus pandemic, Lockdown, all are suffering and struggling on different levels but when I saw struggling for HUNGER around. The artwork of my performance is the spontaneous expression that has come from an animal. It is just everything that is down and appears in some way.
