CONCEPT
Work Title: Factors
Duration: 3 hours.
I walked around the perimeter of a dark, decrepit room, and scraped the walls with a small clear glass bowl that I held in my hand. The sound permeated the space and the force of the bowl pressed against the wall tore the paint and plaster off which resulted in a trail of white dust that accumulated around the space, disrupted by impressions of my feet as I moved through them. Every thirty minutes, I would take a glass bowl to the center of the room and smash it under a brick with three impacts at full force. I would then take another glass bowl and begin the cycle again.
