Work Title: Remember to Forget -2
Duration: 60 minutes
Remember to Forget-2 is my continual journey for my performance exploration. Nowadays people are always burdened by their future dreams or their past emotions. But we fail to realize that every moment we’re changing with our surroundings. And I’m being changed in the same way through my artistic journey.
These days, in the middle of the booming global communication, we are used to forget fast and build the future by remembering to hope quickly. These rapid processes of being born to reborn, build to rebuild, and remembering to forget are unfortunate and offensive somehow. To me, there are some things that I can’t forget or sometimes I don’t want to. In many ways, I should remember to forget something.
