Amal Akash is a freelance artist who graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Dhaka. Along with academic experiences such as painting and wood carving, the artist is deeply affiliated with musical creations such as songwriting and singing.
He is currently the Central President of the Cultural Organization Samageet Sangskriti Prangon, Director of Samageet Pathshala and singer-songwriter of the group Gaaner Dol Samageet.
Save Sundarban and I am Toqi in Narayanganj and Blood Test in the 17th Asian Art Biennale 2016 held in the Shilpakala Academy of Bangladesh are some of his mentionable performances.

We woefully search for our longing for love in the synthetic perfume. So, walking down the streets of this city, I want to stand in front of you, I’ll tell you that our love is in corporate-control. But before I completely lose my face behind the corporation, I want to declare that I do love the red sun and the Krishnachura flower.
