Satadru born at British kingdom colonial city Howrah, West Bengal, India. In terms of technique, Satadru is a multi-disciplinary artist – equally at home painting large canvases, creating his own performance art, or creating his light installations also other phenomenology involved his work . Having gained his degree and masters in painting from the renowned Visva Bharati University Santiniketan in 2000, he received the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship at the University of California.

Satadru stated about his performance art works- This epidemic has varied the confidence of history …in our lifetime we view the artistry. I take it as my binoculars to review it (history?). I examined it, feel it discard my vanity and pain, and forecast my works’ creative process … I write many poems and create many artworks. As we now see the destruction of many aspects of society and social elements, now is the time for society to effect a revanche in result of the actual epidemic. I feel the outbreak is a good change in that, for all society, people may come to better think and re-create. Before the outbreak, we could be much more functional and mechanical. The whole culture is telling to all hurry be quick and The While the art telling you to take your time. Always listen to art and you’re heart. Time give us gift of learning for by hook or by crook many ways restore and rehabilitate for tomorrow. This outbreak has affected me as an artist as well me, both my mind as well the arrangement of my work. I feel it is a good time to deepen an understanding of our own self. We are too selfish, to think only of “I , Me, or Us”.
